Minister in Charge
The Reverend Tim Gomm.

Tim started in August 2004. He is also the Community Chaplain at Rossmore Community College. This role is very strategic and pioneering, as he pastors both the young people and the staff. He works at the college for 66% of his time, and 33% for the church. 

Community Evangelist & Development Worker
Peter Homden.

Peter is employed by the Good Shepherd (since July 2006). He is involved in various projects at the church and within the community (especially on the Bourne Estate). Peter works very closely with many agencies endeavouring to build good community.

Trainee Youth Worker
Matthew Evans

He started with us on 1st September 2008. He is a part of the Poole Deanery Youth Worker scheme. He will be with us for a period of 3 years, and will attend Southampton University to obtain a qualification in youth work.

Colin Lewry

Colin Lewry and Yvonne Homden are the Church Wardens for the Church of the Good Shepherd.
