The Reverend Tim Gomm.
Tim started in August 2004. He is also the Chaplain at Rossmore Community College. This role is very strategic and pioneering, as he pastors both the young people and the staff. He works at the college for 66% of his time, and 33% for the church.
He's married to Karen and has 3 children.
Assistant Pioneer Curate
The Reverend Peter Homden.
Peter got ordained at Salisbury Cathedral on Saturday 26th September 2009. He will continue most of what he has being doing over the last 3 years, plus a few extra things.

Matthew Evans
He started with us on 1st September 2008. He is a part of the Poole Deanery Youth Worker scheme. He will be with us for a period of 3 years, and will attend Southampton University to obtain a qualification in youth work.
Chloe Nevitt
Chloe started working in this part time post at the beginning of October 2009. She will be setting up 2 camps - The "Rossmore Residential Restorative Retreat", for young people with anger issues, and the T.L.C. Camp for young people with weight problems.
Yvonne Brook
Yvonne is responsible for looking after the site, organising maintenance, bookings of the church hall, cleaning of the hall.
